Revelation, The Christians Ultimate Victory

The book of Revelation unveils Jesus Christ in glory. The apostle John wrote this letter to the churches in Asia Minor who were feeling the overwhelming effects of persecution from all sides. This book was a reminder to them that God saw their hardships, cared about them, and would reward them for their faithfulness. The MacArthur Bible Studies provide intriguing examinations of the whole of Scripture. Each guide incorporates extensive commentary, detailed observations on overriding themes, and probing questions to help you study the Word of God with guidance. Ron Van Tyle is the facilitator.

Chasing Vines

In this companion to her nonfiction book Chasing Vines, Beth Moore explores the ways God delights in watching things grow―and how the vineyard holds the secret to how we can have a more abundant and meaningful life. As she traces the metaphor through Scripture, Beth takes you on a spiritual journey and uncovers how every part of our own lives―even the rockiest, most difficult soil―is used by God to make a difference for His Kingdom.

Great for small groups or individual study, the Chasing Vines Group Experience is more than a study guide, it’s a journey you don’t want to miss.

Beliefs and Practices

Why do we believe what we believe? Why do we do what we do? As disciples of Jesus in the 21st century we are still trying to follow Jesus to become like Jesus. Culture has changed but the gospel is the same. James, Peter, and John never sang the Old Rugged Cross or used Power Point for their communion liturgy but they did sing a hymn and celebrate Holy Communion. Mary and Martha did not hand out bulletins but they still practiced hospitality.
Join Pastor Tony as he explores how today’s beliefs and practices and how they are rooted in both ancient and modern history.

It’s Personal

It’s Personal is a class designed for people who teach children, youth and adults or people who think they might like to lead a small group for adults, teach a children’s class, or teach a youth class. The class is built around a book written by Virginia Ward, Reggie Joiner and Kristen Ivy.
In a generation where too many people feel invisible and ignored, you may be the best chance a person has to really feel known. So, with this class you have an open opportunity to invite yourself into someone else’s life.
This 4 week class will focus on the story of Zacchaeus. You will discover how Jesus gives us a simple model on how to be personal. Jesus’ encounter with Zacchaeus shows us how to personally engage people to give them a renewed sense of identity, belonging and purpose. Something remarkable can happen when you start seeing people the way Jesus sees them. Becky Perkins is the facilitator.
