    “Volunteers in Mission” are needed for relief and rebuilding efforts in Henryville and other communities devastated by the tornados. To insure safety of volunteers, Indiana Department of Homeland Security has mandated that all volunteers register and take safety training at the United Way Volunteer Reception Center at 723 Spring Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana. The Center is open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm seven days a week.

     If you are willing to serve in the disaster areas, please sign up at the Silver Bucket table at CAI or email secretary@wesleychapel.org.  You do not have to have the training before you sign up, but you will be required to have taken the safety course before being allowed into any of the disaster areas. 

    Financial Donations will be received by the Silver Bucket for the month of March: Make checks payable to Wesley Chapel UMC and write Tornado Relief on the memo line.
